Fred is a really funny “6 year old” with anger management problems who borrows his alcoholic mom’s camera, to make videos on Youtube. Here is a complete character list (and animal list) for Fred:

Fred- A “6 year old” who is independent but has anger management problems. The star of the show
Mom- Fred’s alcoholic mom
Judy- A girl Fred has a major crush on but she hates him and likes Kevin
Cat with Rabies- A stray cat who is rumored to have rabies
Sparky- A stray neighborhood dog who hangs out at the park
The previous Youtube.com/fred owner- A creepy stalker guy from Youtube that sends Fred letters
Bertha- Fred’s friend who he plays with outside of the bar while their mom’s are getting drunk
