I just took the World’s Smallest Political Quiz on Friday and found out I am a Libertarian. First off since my 2 or 3 readers probably have never heard of WSPQ I will explain. It is a 10 question “quiz” where you say you agree, might be true, (maybe) or disagree. It is very quick and simple and teaches you where you are on the political scale. You can also get more info if you have never heard of what you are.

I am a Libertarian which is a freedom lover. I believe in small government, few laws if any, and believe in individual responsibility.

I think it is cool and heard about it long ago, but never took it because I didn’t believe I had my own opinion. (Or understood it for that matter) Tonight I decided to take it and got  Libertarian. Now, ‘m not a full on Libertarian because I answered maybe to the question: Let people control their own retirement; privatize Social Security.

My dad and I had a conversation about why I answered maybe on this question.  I said (in other words but technically meant) Dumb people should have someone take care of their retirement because they wont be able to and will die of starvation. Dad said this is dumb because people who CARE will help them. Why should people who don’t care, be forced to pay taxes for them. After further explanation and multiple examples, I cam to understand him. Things like that should be charitable. Feel free to comment with questions for me or  my Dad.
